Making Ella's Healthy Brownies

Deliciously Ella's Raw healthy brownies 7

As I've mentioned before, I got a little too into the Christmas spirit this year and entered into some sort of sick one-man all you can eat competition. That lasted two months. I've been trying really hard to get back into eating healthily, and one of the blogs that's helped me do this is the wonderful Deliciously Ella, who's fast become one of my go-to's when my tum's a rumblin'. I'm sure you'll all have heard of her before but, just in case you haven't, her site is CHOCK FULL of delicious, natural recipes. My sweet tooth appeared with a vengeance today - plus I just bought a new food processor #adultlife - so I decided to make her 4 ingredient healthy brownies and my god they're amazing, and so easy make. I've written out the recipe below, but you can find Ella's post here, and if you're needing some inspiration then make sure and check out her blog for a million and one healthy and ridiculously tasty recipes.

I LOVEEEEEEE brownies, but I also love fruit bars and such with dates and fruit mushed together (ie. Nakd bars) so I bet these are amazing! Will definitely be giving these a go (bookmarked the page) ;-) xx

These look amazing! I'm on a healthy eating mission too, it's so hard when you come back from work not to snack on everything in the cupboard, so these would be ideal!
