Sweet lord is it getting cold, I'm one step away from sleeping in this fur wrap. Today's outfit post is based around my new time piece from the wonderfully sassy Seiko. I couldn't decide whether to dress it up or down, because it really could go either way, but I decided in the end to go for a wrapped up casual look to match the weather outside. As you might have noticed, it's a little different from my usual chunky man-watch, but it was actually so refreshing wearing such a feminine watch for a change. For starters I can lift a cup of tea up to my mouth without feeling like I'm doing weights. All jokes aside, I really do love it.  Aside from how delicate it is, I absolutely love that the strap has both gold and silver in it because I'm forever mix and matching metals when it comes to jewellery - don't let anyone tell you you have to stick to one or the other, you don't need those kind of people in your life - as well as the mother of pearl face and the little diamond numbers. However, my absolute favourite, favourite part is the little sapphire crystal glass on the end of the crown, which my 10 year old self would have absolutely loved. So magical, isn't it?

If you're looking to treat someone this Christmas with a little sum sum special then Seiko's definitely one to keep in mind. Now, I am a bit of a watch obsessive so I'm always going to recommend a good watch as a gift, but I really do believe you can't go wrong with investing in a good one - it's the kind of thing that won't go out of fashion, so really you're giving them both the gift of time AND a gift that they'll potentially have for years and years. Does that mean you won't have to buy them a gift for another decade? I'm not saying anything...
