Ok summer, I'm ready for you.

Back when I used to work in a sports shop I picked up a pair of Asics pretty cheaply with my staff discount and they've done me ever since. Recently they've been looking a bit sad though - probably because they're pushing four - so when JD Sports got in touch and asked if I'd like to give a pair of trainers a test run (pun completely intended) it couldn't have come at a better time. Rob's a personal trainer so he helped me pick which pair would be best for running and then I chose the most important part - the colour. I've said it before and I'll definitely say it again; orange and pink has got to be the best colour combo out there, a la Esmarelda, so this pair was a no brainer. I went out for my first run in them last night and can confirm that they're the comfiest things going - they're supportive but really nice and light at the same time, to the point where you kind of feel like you're bouncing when you move in them. For this reason, I'm now convinced Tigger had an invisible pair of these on his feet at all times. So, my little nugget of advice for today is something Rob has been telling me forever, 'you can't go wrong by investing in a good pair of trainers'. Well, better late than never as they say.

We've been talking holidays this week (just take me anywhere that has sun) so I'm hoping these badboy trainers will help inspire me to get beach bod ready - read: looking like Michelle Keegan - so that I can give these amazing bikinis from Triangl and Missguided a whirl. I know a lot of people worry about what the sizes of Triangl bikinis are like, so for this particular style an XS = A-B on top, 6-8 on bottom, a S = B-C on top and 8 on bottom and so on and so forth.

Well, I think it's safe to say this might just be the most colourful post I've ever done. What are you doing to me, summer?
